Have a great event, sorry I cant be there. I just received Trinity and have been waiting for it to read Mistress. Its too difficult to wait for one of your second books, like Ice Queen/Mirror of My Soul, just not an easy thing to do. As always, thank you and your Muse for all your writings, love them all.
Joann, thank you! I wish you could be here as well. It’s been a lot of fun so far, and so many wonderful readers and authors. I’ve already read Vampire Trinity and loved it! I can’t say what I’d wish to see out of a future book about them without ruining some story so I’ll just keep it inside. Are you going to come out with any more Vampire Queen series books any time soon?

I read Vampire Trinity twice…and then reread some choice parts. It was a great book. I love the way you write. One of the things I find so attractive about your storytelling is that your characters have depth and that love and respect are part of the relationships your muse has chosen to share with everyone. Both “Natural Law “and “The Mark of the Vampire Queen” had me in tears. Thank you Author Mistress.
Amber, remember October 2nd, 8-10pm EST, we’ll have Book Club Night over at the Joey W. Hill fan forum, where we can talk about the book all we want without worrying about spoilers (grin). I can’t wait, because I’ve been dancing up and down, dying to discuss it with you all! And thank you for that tremendous compliment – you know how much that kind of praise means to me (beaming). The next one doesn’t come out until July 2011, drat it (that’s Vampire Instinct, formerly Vampire’s Keeper, which is Elisa and Mal’s story). However, I am hoping Afterlife, next in the Knights of the Board Room series, may come out shortly to help tide us over. And of course we’ll have the Matt Kensington character interview on the forum in late October, and the David and Mina (from A Witch’s Beauty) vignette in December. In short, I’m trying to make the wait seem a little shorter (lol).
Jennifer, that’s awesome. Thank you for giving me that smile – love to hear my books were worth a re-read. And the detailed compliments mean so much to me as well. I hope I’ll always give you that kind of read – you guys know you’re supposed to let me know if I EVER fall down on the job! :> Oh, and I admit that parts of those books had me in tears as well, even during the editing process.
